Our Grand Lady Victoria is one of the largest Catskill Vacation
Rental houses in the Catskill region. Only 2 hours from
the GWB. Privately situated with views of the surrounding
Mountains on an open field she has 11 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms,
a huge diningroom where all can sit together, a large EIK
and a wonderful wrap around porch.
The house is filled with light. There are doors from the
central hallway, kitchen, livingroom and even a bedroom
leading to the porch. The bedrooms have wideboard floors
and there is hardwood flooring throughout the entire house.
The house can sleep up to 45 guests.
Amenities
In the kitchen you will find two 5 burner stoves as well
as a wood burning stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave,
toaster, all utensils pots and pans, plates, coffee cups,
glasses etc. We provide all linens! In each of the two livingrooms
you will find dishnetwork tv, plus a dvd player.

The open fields in the back of the house lend themselves
nicely to wedding receptions, family reunions, prom groups,
corporate retreats, college reunions, or any other kind
of group seeking to enjoy time together indoors and out

Conveniently located to Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain
for some great skiing in the Winter. In the Summertime,
the proximinity to Scoharie Creek is only 2 minutes from
us and Lakes for swimming are only 7 to 15 minutes. There
are numerous hiking trails close by as well. The Falliage
in the Fall is a visual treat when you drive up to the Catskills
and the Spring's blossoming of trees inspires a deep breath
to take in all the fresh rejuvination of new life.

boating on the Hudson River just minutes away, exploring
the various mansions of the Hudson Valley, antiquing in
the city of Hudson which is considered the mecca of antique
city in the country along with its fine restaurants and
art galleries. Skiing is 20-25 minutes to the East in Hillsdale
and about 45-55 minutes to the West in Hunter Mountain.
Amenities:
You will find the house equipped with
cable TV, DVD, CD Player, internet, a full kitchen complete
with all cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. We
also provide all bed linens and towels. You do not need
to bring anything other than some charcoal for your BBC
Grill!
The family room windows look out on the
lovely backyard with its gardens & path to the stream.
The many perennial flower gardens are in
place with a wonderful array of colors.
A
small path leads down to the stream & a clearing. Relax
& enjoy the sound of the water.
